Message dated May 2 was read, stating the House passed and                     
returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 312 am with the                     
following amendments:                                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 312(FIN) am                                      
H An Act relating to the special subaccount in the                             
budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective                            
date.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendments.

on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
